Coverage
Coverage A
- Insured sum payable in case of damage to the insured property (building & contents) caused by fire, explosion, lightning or a vehicle.
- Insured sum covering the third party liability and the neighbors' recourse (material damage) in case of fire and explosion up to 50% of the building coverage amount.
Coverage B
- Insured sum payable in case of damage to the insured property (building & contents) caused by an earthquake, a storm or a tempest.
Coverage C (optional)
- Insured sum payable due to theft by a visible forcible entry up to 25% of content's value.

Conditions
- The insured should be a CreditBank client.
- The insured property should be used for residential purposes.
- The insured property should be finished.
