US$:      6.5% for the first year, then
              Libor USD (1 year) + 4.5%
              Minimum 8.25%
LBP:       Lebanese Prime Rate
              Minimum 11%

Administration Fees
Study and processing fees: US$ 150 (or countervalue)
Quarterly commision of 2% will be applied

Conditions
If the applicant is an employee, he should be registered in the NSSF and have a salary domicilaition.
- Mortgage of the property.
- Life and Disability Insurance Policy.
- Fire & Earthquake Insurance policy on the property.

- Proof of the salary / income (Specimen available) or financial statement: A regular income for 3 continuous years is required
- Personal and Family Identification
- Confirmation of personal assets
- Land Register Extract.
