Each $100 spent = 5 Points = $1 redeemed at Sun Holiday Tours s.a.l Where do you check your CB miles points’ balance?You can check the balance of the points accumulated on the monthly account statement, at the bottom left side, where you will find the following message:
- Brought forward points: X (Being the balance as of the end of last month)
- Current Cycle points: X (Being the points accumulated during the current month)
- Cumulative Net Points: X (Being the total balance of points cumulated to date)
How do you calculate and redeem the points you earned?To redeem your points and obtain your free airline ticket/discount from Sun Holiday Tours s.a.l, you can:
- Assess the Nb of accumulated points indicated on your recent account statement:
- “Cumulative Net Points”/ 5= $ X to be redeemed from Sun Holiday Tours s.a.l
- Pass by your branch and the Customer Relationship Officer will be glad to assist you in checking your CB Miles
balance and redeem the points for you.
- Directly pass by Sun Holiday Tours s.a.l and inquire on the free Ticket/Package or the discounts that you wish to
benefit from and resulting from the redemption.
